The rooms have bed bugs and management are liars. My wife and I checked in for two hours and we took a nap while sleeping my wife felt something bite her and we turned on the lights to see bugs crawling all over the pillows and bed. I took pictures and killed the bugs. We packed up, left the room and told the staff in the lobby. They said there was no management until the next day at 11am. In the morning I went and showed the photos to the managers who said they inspected the room and found no bugs. When i showed them the photos they said ohhhh thats what the red blood stains were (duh bed bugs drink our blood) they asked me to send the photos to corporate and they would work with Expedia to refund me. They denied the claim for refund and they refuse to give me my money back.

Very nice hotel the only draw back was that the room stunk badly. So badly that we actually had to ask to have a different room. We were sent across the hall and that room had a horrible smell too, just not as bad as the first room. The staff was very sweet and polite about the whole situation in fact she looked embarrassed and did say that they just had the carpets recently cleaned. I did read other reviews about the rooms smelling like cigarette smoke but that’s definitely not what ours smelled like. We had to go buy air freshener plug in’s and carpet powder to draw down the horrible smell. Other than the room smelling we had a great stay. It’s quiet, conveniently located, the staff was friendly and the value of the room was great.

The first room they gave us had bed bugs, the second room they gave us smelled like urine. The pool was closed due to maintenance the sign said but found out they were waiting on a part for over a week. The hot tub wasn't working either the maintenance guy said the wires burnt up. Then we went to breakfast the next morning and there was no eggs and no orange juice. They said again they didn't get a shipment. Then we asked if they can turn on the TV in breakfast area and they said that both TV was zapped and didn't work. We were there for 8 nights and nothing's was taken care of. We were there for a baseball tournament and all the other hotels were pretty much bookedthe other hotels were pretty much booked.smorninth
