We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We originally booked a two-night stay (Feb 14–15, 2025), but we had to leave early after a serious safety issue. On the first morning, my husband slipped badly in the shower due to a dangerously slick coating inside the tub. He hit his head hard on the edge, leaving him dizzy and in pain for days. We left immediately after the incident and had to book our stay at a safer hotel. When we got home, he had to go to the VA Clinic for evaluation and was later referred for an MRI. This incident was completely avoidable, and the hotel needs to address this hazard immediately. We won’t be returning and strongly advise others to be cautious if staying here. Safety should never be compromised.

I booked king size bed room, they gave the queen size bed room. No hot water in the bathroom. The AC didn’t work at cold weather. That’s so horrible. The service check in was bad.
