Thé outside of the property seemed a little run down. We weren’t sure if we were at the right place because of the signage. In fact, I don’t recall seeing a sign with the hotel name. The decor inside was typical but comfortable and it was very clean. For the price I would stay here again.

I chose the place for the indoor pool, and it was closed and I was never notified. The MI fridge in my room was not cold could not keep any drinks, and the ice machine was out of order my full stay. The shower rod was broken and the door stopper was broken. Carpet in the room was pretty soaked when we walked in. I was very very unsatisfied

Think Twice!!!!

Drove 2 hours from out of town. Booked the room about 3 days in advance and once I arrived and got to the check in desk a guy was working at the desk (dressed like he was going to the club) which made me feel uneasy because where is your uniform? Anywhoo, he told me that it was going to take 20-30 min for me to receive a room because the room wasn’t ready. I was frustrated because I booked in advance which means you should have known I was coming and the way he said it was like he didn’t care that I had to wait. He was not customer service worthy and I didn’t feel any empathy about it. It was not a place as ant experience at all. Room was very outdated. No signage to show the hotel name and the outside looks like it’s a MOTEL not a HOTEL. Probably won’t book there again.
