The room was very nice and neat. Everything was excellent except for 1 item. The heating unit blew 98% cold air and was very loud. We set the thermostat higher to 73 degrees, higher than what we wanted hoping that would trigger the unit to blow warm air. That did not happen either. In fact, the thermostat took the temperature down to 69 degrees and slowly worked up to 71 degrees and did get any warmer. But still continued to blow cold air all night. Needless to say I got many 3 hours of sleep on December 16th.

Our bathroom had hair on the counter near the sink area- the floors didn’t feel very clean either. Shocked for it being a Hilton but just was not impressed by how beaten up Things looked in the room. I went down at 9am to get breakfast for my 5 yr old who was still sleeping and the cortisone was already closed and everything out away. Garbage cans were literally overflowing and I was surprised at that considering I saw 4 employees frequenting the area. Just was a bummer because we arrived at 2:30am for a one night stay and didn’t even get breakfast.
