The place was not clean and I had to leave after one night. I had an eight night stay . they were rude and would not refund my 7 nights I had paid for.

It was alright

The shower was not great. The water came out of the spout and shower head so there was no water pressure which made for a really awkward and unnecessarily long shower. The mattress on the bed was super firm and uncomfortable. The room was clean, and as described. The hotel was in a nice part of town and the staff was somewhat helpful. I also booked the hotel rooms with the understanding that they would be adjoining rooms per your site and they weren’t at all.

Was so dirty, all sheets had stains on them. Heater wasn’t working. Room keys weren’t working. Every time we we’re closing the door, we had to go downstairs to get a new key. Our next door people were screaming and cursing at 2 am and nobody would even care after calling the front desk

It's a decent place for the price, but the overall experience felt a little bit like I was in a sketchy area. The hotel itself felt a bit dated. Carpet was not in good shape. Large bathroom, but the showerhead was clearly quite old and damaged. The staff was very welcoming and polite. I did not get the free breakfast because they insist you eat in the lobby (taking your breakfast back to your room is prohibited) and that didn't appeal to me at all. It's about 4-5 miles from downtown HB, so again, not a bad price for the location. Just not my cup of tea.

My experience I had with comfort inn suites was horrible. First off the my husband cut his arm on the toilet tissue holder (see picture) his arm began to bleed. Also the ceiling was leaking water from above at 12 midnight we couldn’t use the restroom or has no access to use the shower. The maintenance man came in 4 different times waking my children trying to fix the problem. He couldn’t fix the problem so he offered us to change rooms. I declined to change rooms after midnight. I have 2 small children and it was 30 degrees out freezing cold plus packing up luggage would have been to much. Also the last major problem we had was no hot water. We all had to take cold showers. This was a major inconvenience considering it’s winter time. This experience I had was horrible and would never stay at comfort inn again. I need to be compensated for the inconvenience.
