There was no had to call front office at 11pm to get it which they came quickly. the bathroom door opened awkwardly you had to be standing next to the bathtub to close it. The floor was really dirty looking.

Overall the room was clean and location is great. Front desk staff was very rude. They had no extra blankets. Breakfast must be eaten in the breakfast area which is so small, it was difficult to enjoy breakfast due to how small the location was and how much traffic is going on due to breakfast and checkins. I stayed a total of 2 nights with my family. Upon arrival I stated how excited our family was to enjoy their spa and pool and the area, I get checked in, my family and I head to the pool and spa, come to find out their spa is under maintenance and don't know when its going to be fixed. I stated upon arrival how excited out family was to enjoy the pool, I felt that is something you disclose to you customer especially when saying for us to enjoy our stay and have fun at the pool while stopping to get towels from the front desk. I wouldn't have stayed here knowing there pool and spa is no longer working. Asked for a refund due to this, I was more than happy to check out and go elsewhere due to this problem as we had just checked in at 8pm. They stated they will get it fixed by morning, and we shouldn't have a problem. But unfortunately, it wasn't. Overall rating 1 star due to the several issues I had especially with the cost for this location.

We had a very last minute booking here, but the room was still ready when we showed up at 8pm on a Friday on a holiday weekend. We had the king size room with balcony. The room was quiet and a good, comfortable size. Breakfast was fine and the pool was clean and fun to use. I would stay again. Also right by the bus route to the beach, and close to many shops and chain restaurants.

The door to our room was hard to open every time we tried to get back in. There was a gap between the door and the frame so a couple bugs flew in. The shower head was loos in the bathroom. The breakfast was really good and the staff was nice

The staff was friendly and helpful, from the greeting all the way through to the end of my stay. Their breakfast selections were great! I felt safe at the property and appreciated that parking was only for guest, and it was verified. The property has been renovated, and the room was very clean. Aside from the slow draining sink, everything was great. I will definitely stay at the property again.

It was a bit hard to see as the signage was not good. The front desk guy was a bit hard to decipher what he was saying as it was obvious English was not his first language The initial room assigned smelled and the front desk guy was kind to give us another room
