Poor check out time

Everything was great up until check out time. I went to check out first and left my family in the room while they finish up. It was around 10:50am when I checked out. My family and I were grabbing our stuff to come out and the phone to the room rings. It was the manager saying that they told him that I was still in the room and I told him that I was getting my family and stuff to leave and he had an attitude. And he was like ok please do it. THAT WAS RUDE

Won’t keep me from staying again…

I always stay at this hotel every time I am in Orange County. This time we couldn’t find the other trash can and when we were leaving, we opened the cabinet under the sink and there was an overflowing trash can along with lots of trash. This won’t stop me from coming back, but I will Be checking the cabinets next time at the beginning of my stay.

I didn't like that they kept the exterior doors open and not secured. Anyone could come off the street. They had access to all the hallways outside the rooms. People and their dog were staying in the garage all weekend. The people next to my room had to be removed by the cops for a loud, long screaming fight. No drinks in the vending machine. Great location though.

This property has a wonderful location because you can get right on a path and walk along the beach for as far as you’d like. We truly enjoyed that. The hotel/ room is certainly not fancy. But if you are looking for a reasonable place to stay, in a great location, this is it!
