One of the beds in our room had a mattress that had been broken and sunken in, it was very uncomfortable to sleep in. Never had such an experience at an up scaled hotel. Other than this, everything else was great!

I was very dis satisfied with the room well the heat. when we got there it was 61 heat set on 70 on all thermostats. We left to go eat it was 62 we got back hours later it was 63. it was cold in room still. couldn't stand to use bathtub(the only reason we rented this room). eventually fell asleep. woke up to it 59 in bedroom

I left my jewelry make up bag in the bathroom door on 12/21/25 and so far as today is lost. Very sad mad, dissatisfied with housekeeping, and hotel personnel because no one knows where my bag is. It has valuable jewelry . Housekeeping has my bag I am sure and they donot want to return it.
