We stayed 3 nights. Bed was very too soft and had a dip in the mattress. Black mold ceiling in the bathroom. Every day we would get back to our room .keys didnt work. Hot tub smelled like raw sewage Was gross Was cleaned on sunday

Great family friendly hotel. It was clean and comfy. Would have like the bathroom shower corners to have been scrubbed of the mildew. The hot breakfast were not great but there were some pre-packaged options that were OK.

The pool was a perfect temp . The hot tub was nice . But needs extra step in and out. Laundry room was nice and machines easy to use. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Definitely would stay here again.

We checked in at 3:00pm on Tuesday. Around 7:30pm, a random man entered our room. The front desk has assigned him our room and gave him a key to get in. When I called the desk, she laughed about it and said she would look into it. We never heard back. When I left the room to get ice in the morning (Wednesday) both keys had stopped working. When we went to check out at 7:30am, they still had not fixed the room situation and could not give me a receipt for check out. They had us under a different room number in the system than they had given us at check-in. She wrote “checked out” and her initials on a torn off corner piece of paper as my receipt. She claimed she would email me a receipt once her manager fixed the issue, which has yet to happen.

Concerns with cleanliness

Hairs in the bed sheets like a man's haircut clippings as though sheets were not changed, spiders in bathroom, mildew snell in bathroom, sticky tables and no one cleaning the tables throughout breakfast. Breakfast was otherwise really good. Pool and fitness area seemed nice.
