In walking distance of everything in Hyannis

The room was a good size and the bed was okay but was a bit to firm for us. The breakfast was the worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel in my life. Do us all a favor and fix your breakfast with the worst coffee ever or just stop offering it all together. This hotel was in walking distance of the harbor which was great.

The property was older but renovated. The beds were a little too soft for my liking but comfortable enough. The room was clean enough; carpets couldve been cleaner. Water pressure in the shower was low and I wished it was higher. Parking was very tight, there almost wasnt enough parking for all the guests. Breakfast area was very spacious so there were lots of tables for everyone, but the food choices were limited. I was very surprised there wasn't any eggs of any kind offered (scrambled, hard boiled). Overall, it was good enough. We just needed something to come back to after spending the day at the Cape.

Hotel is conveniently located right on Main Street where there were lots of shopping and dining options. It is located about 12 minutes walking to Hy-line for the ferry to Martha Vineyard. Property is dated but cleaned. Breakfast was minimal. The one important thing this hotel was missing were the laundry machines. Overall, we were comfortable during our stay.
