On July 23rd, the fire alarm went off, unknown to us there was a high level of carbon monoxide in one of the residents rooms. We were let back in to our rooms after an hour, after all the rooms were checked. After I got back to my room after being out all afternoon, I found a gift bag in my room with a beautiful note of apology for the disruption. In my opinion, the staff went over and above

I was incredibly disappointed in this Fairfield inn. Our room, 140, smelled musty and like dried old pee. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible. I would not recommend stay

Poor, staff was great location accessible however the room was not a clean as I would have expected. The bathroom in particular I stayed in 110 and the shower head was full of mold and the wall and grout had red bacteria all over it

Check in and check out we’re super frustrating! I was trying to leave by 6:00 and was held there because the person checking out kept switching computers and I had to switch cards to pay my bill! This was after I paid, left… he claimed my card wouldn’t work… Had a card on file I haven’t used since my boyfriend died 4 years ago… it was super stressful and uncomfortable! Got on the road late… not happy with the check in or check out service at all!

Ridiculous that they charge for parking. Front desk person very uninterested when I informed her there was an animal chewing the inside of the wall all night which impacted my sleep. Definitely was not worth the amount charged for the room. Very disappointing. The breakfast was ok but not as good as most other similar hotels offerings.
