It's the second time i made a reservation in this hotel. Everything was perfect. The location is near restaurant, shopping center, beaches and specialy Hyannis port. It won't be the last time i reserve this hotel. The staff are friendly, the room is clean and bed is very comfortable.

Hôtel propre, personnel accueillant. La chambre a été rénové récemment. Accès à la piscine et déjeuner du confort inn. Les chambres n’ont pas de balcon et il n’y a pas de terrasse extérieur dans la cours car l’hôtel est situé dans un parking.

First, let me say you get what you paid for. Absolutely would never stay at this place again. It took 18 minutes just to check in. Mildew, damp smell right when you walk in the building. Would never use the ice machine. Finally found our room... had an extremely hard time to get in! Every time having to actually kick the door just to get in. Very musty and damp...sheets were damp...all our clothes were mildew smell and damp. No closet with hangers for clothes. No hooks in bathroom for anything. Not great lighting in room at all. We have pictures to prove if needed.

The location was very good. very close to the main street, beach is around 5 mins drive. we will definitely come back and stay with them again.

Things went missing from room

At first all was well, the room was clean and well prepped, cleaning some of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The day before checkout I noticed things missing from my room and the desk staff and clean staff on duty seemed willing to help and check cameras until the manager came and they could no longer help me. No cameras were checked, no report was made, and I was dismissed. The manager told me his staff all worked there 6 plus years and the one that worked my room told him she didn’t take anything and her word was taken. I took a loss of over $350!!

Good budget hotel with amazing location

We enjoyed our stay at Heritage House. The staff was nice and the location was great! Access to the Comfort Inn's pools was a really nice surprise. The breakfast was pretty average. The rooms were clean, furniture a bit beat up, walls freshly painted. Our door was very hard to open and close (room 616 - in case the hotel is reviewing this). Bring some soap and shampoo/conditioner. We would stay again. The price was excellent.

Decent place to stay, just remember to bring your own toiletries entirely. Also some paper towels and plates. Otherwise decent for sure.
