I spent two nights in the cold and dark with no heat, power, hot water. I realize it was a terrible winter storm and everyone was without power, but I paid an amenity fee, too??? Geez. I got ripped off.

First off I booked for a king size room with balcony & harbor view. When we arrived they don’t tell you most of the hotel is not being used. There are no harbor views or balconies only Juliette balconies that overlook the parking lot. We were pretty disappointed. Hot water is not hot it is luke warm!! Would we stay here again- absolutely not!

Very cute hotel directly across from the ferry. You can keep you car in the parking lot there while you take the ferry across. Great breakfast place across the street!

Room had no hot water mentioned it to the manager and of course they said when we left the next day that there was hot water. This is the second time we had to place. It is very convenient and a lot of people stay there because of the ferry, but I do not suggest it and the manager is absolutely horrible in Expedia. Also did nothing to help.
