The room was dirty, i.e. floors and walls and the window blinds were broken. We've stayed here numerous time this was the first time we experienced such an unclean room. I will say to pros was the woman who checked us in was very personable and hot water pressure in the shower was very good

We were very disappointed in this stay. We opted for this Inn because it had an excellent rating. The bed was very uncomfortable. The TV and one of the lights did not work. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. The floor lamp was missing a shade. The walls were very thin we could hear everything in the rooms around us. We would not stay here again.

-All of the office staff were very friendly and helpful! -Housekeeping was subpar. First day not enough washcloths, bed unmade. Second day was good, third day NO housekeeping, even after calling the office. We went down and fetched our own towels and toilet paper. Mini-waters were not replaced any of the days. Floors were not swept, very sandy and dirty. -No water pressure. Had to flush the toilet multiple times every time. If someone in another room flushed the toilet, the shower would all but turn off.

The location couldn't have been more convenient. I was looking for a hotel that was in the center of everything on Main Street, as well as a short walk to Hyannis Harbor. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was pristine. The bathroom was a bit small, but worked. The water pressure was strong, which was appreciated. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property wasn’t bad, location is great. For the price would expect better. Pool area too hot to swim in but probably good in cooler months, the rooms lighting was having issues, at 8am in the morning someone tried to enter the room with a key but didn’t announce themselves and continued to try and open the door after I was stating that we were in the room. Let the front desk know and they said they were coming to fix the light but seemed odd to me that they didn’t say anything at all.

We asked for towel change and never got it. So we had to reuse our hand towels as washcloths over and over. We couldn’t work the air conditioner. It was at 69 F all the time. We could not raise it to 72 degrees where we wanted it.

Perfect for our needs

Was looking for a place in downtown Hyannis that was convenient, clean and offered me value. Hyannis Inn took care of all our needs. Standard hardware in bathroom/shower but great pressure and hot water. King size bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. My parking space was right in front of my door. I was not looking for the Ritz-Carlton for the evening and it fit our needs. And again it’s a very good location for the Cape and for downtown Hyannis - main road/street.
