Was surprised to find the toilet and shower was around a corner with no door for privacy and it appeared to be “designed” that way(?). Shower appeared to have pink mold/was not very clean. Main room walls appeared to have been spot repaired” & painted in a few areas.

Not a great stay!

Stayed here for a softball tournament. Our keys never worked, we had to have maintenance let us in, had to get new keys every time we left. Only one person ever at the front desk so constantly waited in line. The room had no furniture, it was dirty, and the soaps and tp had not been replenished. The breakfast was very limited and the ice machine was gross. Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Terrible room....dirty, locks did not work, mold, spiders, cobwebs, live wires hanging out of wall, lights not working , maintenance people requested 4 times and not one person showed up, phone didnt work, desk person didn't care. Hotel halls stunk. Other guests in front of me checking in had dirty sheets, doors would not lock water leaking, people in the room when he unlocked the door to his room staying there. No one working at this hotel cared about anything. Fire the people if they don't want to work..WE won't ever stay in a Clarion again.

Breakfast was very good. Coffee was average, but enjoyed juice. Eating area was pleasant and clean. Bathroom walk in shower had red algae growing around rim of shower floor. Needs disinfectant/beach application. Bed in room squeaked when sitting on edge of bed. Door locks and entry door locks failed. Had to walk around building to find a door open to get our luggage inside. Tried to tell staff at front desk, but was told I wasn't using the key propertly. That was not true. The locks are failing .

The room was in desperate need of a good cleaning. The rugs in the hall way and stairs were notable dirty even the elevator. Linens and towels seemed decent. View was nice.

I've stayed here a couple of times. The receptionist wasn't very friendly. It did say it was pet friendly and no extra charge up to two dogs. She was telling me it was different. The hot wasn't working and no swim towels

Nice place to stay

Beautiful place and room. Easy commute to Rexburg and Pocatello as well as the falls. Fairly close to Craters of the Moon and Twin Falls. Nobody brought towels or made the bed in 3 days. No soap.

Honesty is the Best policy

The staff is Great! Kind, nice people. I can’t even complain about the breakfast: make your own waffles, eggs and smokies (little sausages). The lobby-clean-you can smell the cleanliness of it. But the rooms are old, rundown. This is a very, very budget property. Part of the under bed was falling into the floor. It’s just a rundown property. If it is rated as budget and the price is for a budget property, feel free to Book it. Honestly, I did not feel comfortable taking a shower there and so, I didn’t. Location is great, though. Just being honest. If they did a few renovations, it would be an amazing property.

Warn guests about broken features

It advertised that every room had a microwave and I really needed that in order to conserve money this trip and there was no microwave and the whole reason I booked at this hotel was because it was the closest one to my destination that was affordable with a working hot tub and upon check-in I find out the hot tub was not working. You should update your listing to show that the rooms do not have microwaves and you should probably have some sort of warning upon booking that the hot tub is broken. Very displeased because the main reasons I book this hotel ended up not even being available to me.
