I’ve enjoyed my stays as of recent. Indianapolis hotels can be sketchy but this one felt clean, safe and central to many things. I felt comfortable, the room was clean And I slept good.

Despite booking with Expedia, the front desk person claimed they had canceled the reservation (they didn't), payment wasn't made (it was, credit card statement) and was incredibly rude. Even when Expedia staff tried to talk to the front desk clerk and try to resolve the issue she wouldn't move a finger to help. AVOID at all cost!
