This hotel is very clean and very spartan. It’s designed around all the sports complexes near by and I suspect was built with housing youth sports teams in mind. The floors are not carpeted so it can get a little loud in the rooms, but they make up for any shortcomings with excellent service, very clean environment and a very convenient location

Honestly it was a great stay! The rooms were clean and updated. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was in good shape and everyone was very friendly!

Great stay

We had a very nice stay. We just stayed in a Wyndham in Texas that was very nice as well, half as much and included breakfast. It would just be nice for the price I’m paying per night to have some extras like that. Love that the location is close to the sports complex, that is definitely why I splurge and stay here. They did a great job of keeping the teenage boys under control, rooms and hallways were quiet at night.

Noisy chaos!!

We had stayed here before and were very pleased. This stay was absolutely terrible! The hotel was inundated with teenagers who were extremely loud. They congregated in the lobby and ran up and down the halls making noise. I talked to a manager at 10:00. He did say something to the groups, but the noise continued until 2:00 in the morning.

The front desk in the evening refused to let door dash come to my door. The morning staff didn’t have a problem with it. If there is a rule it needs to be stated.

Unless you love noise late into the night, kids running up and down the halls, loud adults congregating in the halls stay away from this hotel especially on weekends. Because of their proximity to grandpark they have tons of families with young children and do not enforce quiet times.
