Parking area was safe and well lit in the evening. Overall appearance was very clean and modern. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool and workout room were clean and sanitary.Front desk person Victor went above and beyond! All hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I will book here again if I come for another event in the area.

The room and facility was very clean although just a bit outdated but still an excellent stay. The food in the on-site restaurant was excellent!! The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

The clerk that checked me in was helpful. He did fail to mention that the breakfast (after I shared with him my additional guest and that we would be eating breakfast), that I needed to get tickets. I learned of the this the next morning while attempting to dine. The night help showed up 10mins before the hour that the pool closed, and wanted me and my crew out so that he could service the area. Of course I advised him to speak with the clerk to confirm the time we were expected out. The hit/cold water label in the shower was upside down, and the water never heated past lukewarm. However, the sink water was piping hot! I had to call down for more linen due to their only being two washcloths/ 4towels in the room, for 5guest! The reviews posted is what encouraged my decision to book two rooms, but I learned otherwise. Anyone traveling with children know how stressful things can get when you have to go over things multiple times, and keep a group of children in order!

POS system per bartender was not accepting AMEX. This I found rather odd since my AMEX was accepted to book the room. When asked to charge it to my room, there seemed to be some level of pushback as well. I did eventually charge it to my room-but this seemed to be a theme amongst other patrons. Again, Odd.
