Breakfast staff were awesome about keeping everything stocked. The only complaint would be the parking. There’s a bar/grill within the hotel that’s open to public which inhibited hotel guests like us to park behind the hotel even though there was a parking garage.

When I wasn’t able to sleep at 2:00am I went outside to smoke a cigarette and when re entering I had to be “buzzed”in by the front desk and I told the attendant I appreciated the security that they had in place, I was shocked that her reply was”maybe you should just go back to the party you came from” . I had not been partying or even drinking I simply couldn’t sleep, so to say the least I don’t reply to her and went back up to my room.. VERY RUDE AND UNCALLED FOR.. Not Professional at al

There were several areas of concerns that I could only give the hotel an “okay” recommendation. Despite several talks with front desk from afternoon into late evening on 10/7, we did not have any housekeeping service for that day.Another concern is the “free breakfast” which I know is included in the room cost, however a grab and go breakfast in a brown paper bag for our only 2 mornings is not acceptable! Thirdly, the metal bar that sticks out from the bed frame is an accident waiting to happen! While adjusting the air conditioner, my husband tripped over it, smashing and bruising his ankle! This is dangerous and should be looked into as even the housekeeper complained about it! Also, customers should be made aware that when there is a concert going on in the nearby park, the music, especially the hip hop concert on 10/8, was especially loud as our room faced the front of the hotel and went on very late into the evening. To conclude on a good note, the staff were very friendly, the rooms are spacious and the hotel itself is within walking distance of the downtown restaurants and attractions.

Unfortunately I had a few issues on my trip. Upon arrival my booking wasn’t in the system through Expedia so I had to pay the property again directly while I wait for a refund from Expedia. My first room I was in was not clean, walked in bed un-made, trash, used towels etc.. next room I was given keys to keys wouldn’t open the door.. and someone was in the room!! Went to the lobby and was told that room was just checked and it was unoccupied.. incorrect and my keys wouldn’t work. Then finally I was given a room and it was fine. Not the cleanest but fine. Very frustrating night.

Hotel is beyond perfect for a Colts game. Literally takes about 45 seconds to get to the stadium. The staff was AMAZING in every way. Helping with key cards, letting us in the building, helping pick a place to eat. Not one complaint towards the staff I’ve had better showers, but there’s nothing “wrong” with it. The AC unit took some getting used to, but pressing a few different buttons a few different ways, it was all good. Would gladly stay again

The floors could have been vacummed. The eds were definitely comfortable. The cleanliness of the tub and toilet bowl could have used deeper cleaning. Cup spots on furnitre as well.

I booked this hotel for the location and the hot tub. When I got to the swimming area, dressed in bath suit, I discovered that the hot tub had been cemented in. What a shock! The website shows a working hot tub...Please update your amenities.
