The hotel couldn't make keys for anyone. Their system was down. So there was a huge line. There was only one employee and she had to walk you to your room and let you in. You had to have them let you in your room every time. That's everyone who stayed there. Very inconvenient

I stayed because my son was having a procedure done at Peyton Manning Children’s hospital we got there late Monday night had to be at the hospital by 6am Tuesday morning. They charged my card on file for “incidentals” which was my Hilton AMEX card. I didn’t check that night or even next day being so busy I didn’t check until a week later and noticed they charged $90.08 which is ridiculous for hold for incidentals but then never refunded I called to dispute they said I had to go through hotels.com then they contact the hotel to dispute we’ve been emailed back and forth for a week and final answer is the charge is justified because I didn’t get a receipt when I checked out so there’s no proof I stayed! Check the damn security cameras are you kidding me no proof I stayed! And apparently there’s nothing more I can. Every time I called to speak with staff about this they were very rude telling me contact hotels.com. Hotels.com was very nice and understanding but it’s still complete BS I’m out $90 but I was in a hurry running late to the hospital I didn’t want to wait for a printed a receipt! BEWARE ALWAYS ASK FOR PRINTED RECEIPT AS PROOF OF STAY!

The best thing about the stay was the staff. We were a group of 19 and we used the common area near the lobby quite a bit. We made several special requests of the staff and they were always courteous and accommodating. The bed and particularly the bed linens were sub par.

This was a very nice hotel. It’s older but the rooms have been updated. It had a nice large lobby, the rooms were comfortable, and the free breakfast was very tasty. The staff was also very friendly.
