If you dont sleep, its good and cheap.

Although it looked clean, there was dead bugs in the bathroom. The best was sriff as a rock, i woke up soar every night. The pillows were horrible, the sheets are cheap. They dont breath. The conforter is as good as a table cloth. Staff was friendly when i saw em.

The hotel was fine for our purposes. Room was clean. But the bed was not comfortable at all. The ironing board was broken and unable to be used. Continental breakfast was decent. But it was convenient to our concert venue and alot around the area to eat, shop, etc.

Comfortable stay for family

We checked in right at 3pm, and they were ready for us, with a fast and courteous check in! We stayed there for a concert nearby, and they were able to provide us shuttle/parking information for the show. Our kids loved getting to go swimming, as well as the breakfast included in the morning. The rooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable. The building is a little dated, but the stay was great.

Worst hotel experience ever.

As soon as we walked in the room it was musty and smelled of marijuana. Went immediately back to the front desk to cancel the stay. I was informed the employee could cancel but not issue a refund, as that would have to go through the manager on Monday. I called manager Monday, he refused to give a refund and told me I needed to follow up with Hotels.com who I booked through. I did that, they opened a case, and essentially followed up with hotel who still refused to issue a refund for a room unsuitable for guests and one I never stayed in. Will NEVER stay at a quality inn again, and I will be looking to book my future stays through some site other than hotels.com if this is how we can expect to be treated.

The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the free breakfast was delicious. They closed up breakfast a little early on Sunday, however, so we missed it at the end unfortunately. Our room smelled like cat pee.

Beds were not comfortable, felt all the springs. Sheets were clean though, could hear all noises on other floors, rooms around us. Slept terrible, not really at all.

This hotel is nice and clean for the price. We needed a place to stay after a concert, and this was all that was left. There are areas that need updating, however, the hotel was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. We had a quiet room on the second floor. The elevator was not working, but that was OK. The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel is located in a safe and convenient area with lots of restaurant options and a Starbucks next-door.

Very nice staff. Clean rooms. Great experience. Shared advice on maybe provide bigger pillows, ours seemed smaller then average, and to please add safety mat in Shower bathtub, (ours didn't have one, and we were slipping in the shower alot). Otherwise, breakfast good, service good, would come again if priicing discount offers appear. thanks again!
