They truly go above and beyond for their guests. All though I didn’t take my pet with me I did notice that the offer food and water in the lounge area for your pet and treats. They also offer board games for families to use while they are visiting.

We attended a national teen conference at Lucas and the convention center and were able to walk to the events. Loved the city and the neighborhood! Wonderful 4 days and grateful for the hotel services.

Sofa was too old and very sagged, we couldn’t sleep on it at all. Even that we complained daily - no one helped. Cleaning service is a rare occasion and even though they come only every other day - no towels replacement service is offered. Wet and dirty towels were picked up, no clean one were provided instead. Breakfast is okay-ish, if you’re up to the same lukewarm food every day.
