Customer service is lacking

We received an email saying we could check in early. We arrived around 2 and check in is at 4 and the guy was rude and said check in is at 4 and that we couldn’t check in until 4. We came back around 320 and it was a different person who also said not until 4. Someone else came in a few mins later and was allowed to check in. We then were told we could check in as well after them but my complaint is that they rudely jnformed us we couldn’t check in until 4. I know check in is at 4 but don’t send an email saying want to check in early and then be crappy when you try to check in. They said it was because they had no rooms clean but if check in is at 4 and it’s only an hour or 2 before that you have to have some rooms clean. We’ve stayed here before and was able to check in before 4 without any issues. The room also wasn’t even completely clean there was hair all over the sheet on our bed. A towel under the sink and a hair tie left on the shelf by the sink. It’s in a great location but staff could use some training. The beds are also very uncomfortable.

The breakfast options were just okay. We thought our room was pretty clean until we woke up the next morning and my child had bug bites all over his back and legs. I showed the manager of the hotel photos and he moved us to a different room. I requested someone to check the room for bugs but have not received an update. This is very scary as I have young children and this was a very expensive three night stay.

I am not a person who likes leaving comments but I definitely wanna say my experience at this one went beyond. Room is super large and clean, even with two bathrooms separating toilet and shower. Quiet and walkable area in downtown. Stay for only 1 night and no car though

The hotel worked out great for us. We spent the weekend there to attend graduation ceremonies. Friday and Saturday. Like anyone else, it took a minute to learn how to navigate the hotel and lower self parking garage. Omce we fid, we were up and running. I thought it was in a good location. Lots to see and do in the immediate area. We used uber to go checkout the downtown bar scene. Had a blast. Breakfast at the hotel. A nice gym. Friendly and hekpful staff. I thought the room was good. They put us on a high dloor. Enjoyed the view. We had a very nice weekend. No complaints. Ill stay there again.
