Staff was ok, room was almost a complete mess when I checked in. I didn’t have ANY clean towels. Fortunately, housekeeping was still on my floor, so I could get some clean towels.

Likes: very convenient to airport; gas station next door; composite flooring in room, clean
Not as good: very small lobby; was unattended when I arrived at a little after 7 pm. Waited 5-10 minutes for someone to appear. Attendant very polite after arriving. A little more people noise (Friday night) than sometimes, but was never very loud and quieted down at a reasonable hour.

Clean that’s about it
Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable. The chair in our room looked like a cat had scratched it up. The fridge did not work, the ac worked barely. When we first got in our room it reeked of what smelled like stale marijuana. It made my eyes water and burn. When we came back that night the smell was gone. .
The whole hotel had a terrible odor like stale cigarette smell. The beds moved way to eat and you couldn't lean against the wall without our moving. It was unfortunate that there were kids/ guests that were extremely loud above us and the quiet hours did not appear to be enforced. It was not a pleasant experience.
Toilet did not fill and flush properly. Heating unit had filters removed and needed a good cleaning. It was cold overnight and I could not turn on the heater. The microwave turntable support was broken. Loud noises from above woke me often and I got no sleep after 2 am.
I arrived at 6pm. I requested a room on the upper floor. I got room first floor. 20 min later, the persons right above me were pounding on the walls and very noisey. I called right away to be moved . 25 min later after talking to person on duty who said they would look into it, nothing happened. I called again, got a voice mail. I left a frustrated message saying i needed a different room. A few min later, person on duty came to my door. Asked me if i called ?! I said again, i need a different room now . He offered rooms on first floor.No, i said i needed a room on higher floor. He said it might not be possible. I said im packed up , i have been up since 3am to catch my flight here. Im tired and need a different room Now please. At 730p, i was settling in my new room on 2nd floor.Took 90 min and 2 phone calls to resolve my situation, totally unacceptable.
