Weekend stay

Beds were really firm to the point of being uncomfortable. Bathroom showers was dirty when entering the room. However the staff was excellent and was quick to get the shower cleaned.

Staff was fantastic. Cleaning staff did a great job. AC needs a major overhaul, no Thermostat in the room!!! American flag out front needs to be replaced, it is shameful to fly a flag in that condition. Dirt around vents was concerning.

Nice Hotel

Food at hotel was good; however, had limited menu to choice from. Room was very clean and good size. There was a lot of road noise that came into room though. Very convenient to get shuttle to airport and back.

I have stayed at this property before and since it seems to have had some major updates, which are very nice. 2 things though that were bothersome: the TV in my room didn't work, I had to go to bed early for an early flight so I notified the desk the next morning. Also, the sink in the bathroom was very slow to drain. Upon checking in to the room, the sink was dirty from the residual water. I usually only stay 1 night here to catch an early flight, but the property is very nice.

Nice Stay

This was a nice place to stay. With its close proximity to the airport and shuttle service and was a 10 minute ride to the stadium, it was a good location. There were a few issues, no information on how to connect to the WiFi and could not connect for several hours on first night of stay, the TV had no signal and could not be used, the ice machine did not work on the 2nd floor, and there were no directional signs for room numbers once you got off the elevator.

When checking in the clerk tried giving us a lower room than what we paid for and did once we went to room and realized. No working televisions in entire hotel and card machines all down so had to get cash for anything.
