From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice the bright, open-concept living space, a chef’s kitchen with high-end finishes, and thoughtful design throughout. Bel Air has every amenity you could ask for — an outdoor bar and grill, billiards table, arcade games, ping pong, putting green, treadmill, and large projection TV. Every corner of this home is made for gathering and unwinding – an entertainer and vacationers paradise.
Outside, the impressive patio is the true showpiece. The sparkling pool features a tanning shelf, lap lane, and oversized spa, surrounded by comfortable seating and lush landscaping. Around the corner, a full outdoor kitchen awaits, complete with a built-in BBQ, side burner, mini-fridge, and bar seating — all framed by two modern glass fire pits and a cozy lounge area with a TV. A misting system keeps you cool on warm desert days while you practice your swing on the putting green or relax under the stars.
Inside, the spacious open concept living creates the ideal space for entertaining. The living room features a giant projection TV — perfect for movie nights or watching the big game. Both the dining area and living room have doors that open directly to the patio, offering effortless indoor-outdoor living.
Bel Air is located inside the gated community of Terra Lago, a tranquil neighborhood surrounding a beautiful 20-acre lake. Guests can enjoy scenic walks, nearby hiking trails, championship golf courses, and world-class entertainment. The Empire Polo Grounds — home of Coachella and Stagecoach — are just minutes away, making this home a favorite for festival season.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation for a fee of $150 per request, for up to 3 hours. This cannot be guaranteed and is based on availability. Please contact us for additional information.
DO YOU HAVE A POOL AND SPA?
All of our homes feature private pools and spas! Pool heat is not included and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival. The pool maybe be heated up to 86 degrees for a fee of $100 per day (2 day consecutive minimum - ARRIVAL DAY must be included!!). There is no fee to heat the spa and recommended temperature is between 100-102. Pool will not be heated in the summer months.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly (cats/dogs only)! We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if necessary. Please note, pets are not permitted in the pool/spa at any time and we ask that you please clean up after pets appropriately. Please contact us if a pet will be joining your vacation.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes! There is space for 2 vehicles in the garage and an additional 2-3 in the driveway depending on vehicle size. Parking specifics will be sent to you prior to your arrival. **COMMERCIAL, BRANDED VEHICLES, OR 10+ PASSENGER VANS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY.** GUEST WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CITATIONS OR FINES REGARDING PARKING.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All our Vacation Homes have keyless locks! This system allows us to issue each guest a "code" for their stay rather than a physical key. We will provide you with this code prior to check in, making it a much smoother and easier process when you arrive to the home.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING? WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT MY STAY?
All guests will be provided with a digital guide before their stay. This guide will include information about the home, the area, and anything you need to know about your reservation including parking rules, check/in out procedures and the hot spots around town. We recommend reading through the guidebook thoroughly prior to arrival and downloading the app so this information can easily be accessed before and during your stay. Homes will not have physical binders. This electronic version will be your go-to guide.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished including all linen, bath and pool towels. Kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and appliances. Please ask us if you are wondering about the availability of a specific appliance or amenity. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. We do not provide spices, cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip loc bags, pool floaties, etc.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. Please contact us if shipping needs are required and we will do our best to accommodate you!
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker. Absolutely no outside music past 9PM.

ARE THERE LAKE ACTIVITIES?
Lake activities such as kayaking, canoeing, boating and paddle boarding, are not permitted for vacation guests. Swimming in the lake is strictly prohibited.
WILL WIFI AND CABLE TV BE AVAILABLE?
Yes! All of our vacation rentals are equipped with cable TV and high speed WiFi.
SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT PESTS?
We are in the desert, so there is a possibility to run into our local pests and critters. Please help us keep the home and yards pest free by keeping all exterior doors and screen-less windows closed at all times and cleaning up trash from outside.

Parking is available in the garage and driveway and can fit up to 5 cars.
Terra Lago is a gated community and guests will be granted access through the security gate.
Your host won't be on the property but they'll be available for anything you need during your stay!

This home is located in the gated golf community of Terra Lago; one of the best-kept secrets in the desert! The Terra Lago community has so much to offer including a serene 20-acre lake where guests can take a scenic stroll, watch the sunset, or have fun with catch-and-release fishing.
The Golf Club at Terra Lago boasts 36 holes of championship golf surrounded by endless mountain views. If you want to venture out a little further, there are hundreds of golf resorts to choose from, including round of par 3 night time golf at "The Lights".
Just outside the community gates you will find the Badlands Hiking Trail and Fantasy Springs Casino where guests can hop over for a bite to eat or risk high stakes at the poker tables. Several other Casino's located within a short freeway drive.
Everything you would need is a quick drive away including the famous Empire Polo Club – home to Coachella & Stagecoach Music Festivals, El Paseo, Old Town La Quinta, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, restaurants, and grocery stores.
Terra Lago has easy freeway access making it a breeze to for a drive to the airport or any other surrounding city.
