The primary bedroom featuring a king bed is on the first floor with access to the wrap-around deck overlooking the pool and backyard. The newly updated primary bathroom has an oversized claw foot tub and a large separate shower. The other poolside bedroom featuring a king bed and opens up to the wrap-around porch using a newly updated full shower bathroom in the hall. On the first floor two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with two doubles, share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The reverse open floor plan highlights a large great room, dining room and kitchen, featuring loft ceilings and access to the second-floor wrap-around porch, also overlooking the pool and backyard. The Chef's kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals while still being part of the fun. The kitchen includes a stand-alone wine cooler and a stand-alone ice maker and boasts two dishwashers. Travel Insurance: Management Company offers travel insurance to all of their guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian specialty is Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through the Management Company. Once a reservation is made the Management Company can add the Rental Guardian policy to your reservation. If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane. Management Company will not be able to refund any monies or move your reservation.
