The room was clean and was with an excellent smell when we first open the door , but the smell was probably a spray to freshen the air, because next day was smelling cigarette like if we were smoking cigarettes at the room , the good point we complain about and they were ready to make a room change for us , but since was our last night we decided not to move our stuff around . The front desk employee was really polite. They have coffee and hot chocolate do free at the front desk , some machines for snacks and soda , the area was ok but was a little bit scared .

3rd time staying and never had an issue until now.

This stay was bad. The bed had multiple different hairs in it, the door wouldn’t seal and could see daylight through the crack due to the door being previously kicked in. And our furnace didn’t work. Our body temperature got the room up to 60 at one point but was 52 when we got in the room.

This place is always surrounded with low class people coming in and out. Its not safe for families or even walking your dog You cant get clean bedding most of the time. They used the excuse that, they dont have enough sheets for all the rooms 🙄 occassionally you can get clean towels. There are BUGS all over the place. I found them in my belongings AFTER leaving there as well. They crawl out of the sinks too.
