This is an average hotel. Outside room entry. Laundry carts are permanently stored in hallways under stairs and in front of your door to rooms. Dining is limited. Staff was friendly and helpful when action was needed. Overall just over priced for what it is!

Overall a good experience, however I was disappointed that when we checked in, they added another $15 to the room (involuntary fee) for "use of the spa and workout gym area". If we didn't want to use those, we would still need to pay. I don't like hidden fees, that should be part of the room rate. While everything was clean and renovated, the beds were very firm and not comfortable for us. On the good side, the front desk agent and restaurant employees were very accommodating, kind and friendly. Lastly, I would consider this fairly close to "ski in/out". That was super nice to experience.

They had so many fees. They charged me a fee for booking 3rd party and I already got charged that fee when I booked. The people were not understanding at all, I literally got paint on my back when I went to the hot tub! Never again
