DO NOT STAY HERE! I barely slept the whole trip because the circa 1972 heater vents to the outside and kicks on and off all night and is comparable to a Harley Davidson in noise level. Staff offered little to no instructions about parking, ski storage or any of the other amenities. For $531 a night there is no robe, slippers and a variety of old shabby towels. Housecleaners banged on my door at 8:10am one day, might be a little early?? There were strange holes in the shower where perhaps a soap rack might have once been. I was told by a local that this hotel was an old Best Western that was slightly rehabbed and it’s definitely a lipstick on a pig situation. For the same price I should’ve stayed elsewhere. This mistake will certainly NEVER be made again.

The staff were personable and helpful throughout my stay, and check‑in was smooth and friendly. Unfortunately, the room itself had several issues that made the stay less comfortable. The TV did not work all night, and I ended up having to use my tablet instead. The heater was extremely loud and ran in a way that made it hard to relax or sleep. The window dressings were broken and only covered about half of the window, so privacy and light control were both a problem. The mirror in the bathroom did not work once it was plugged in, which was inconvenient for getting ready. The lights and lamps in the room were very outdated and confusing to operate, and it took far too long to figure out what switches controlled what. Overall, the staff did their best and were kind, but the room maintenance and in‑room amenities need significant attention to match the service from the team.

Visit early season with low snow so it wasn’t busy. Manager upgraded me at check in and had lots of info to share. Breakfast was good. Room large and well stocked. Had mini bar and wine along with some snacks. Great location with easy access to mtn.

After paying for my overpriced stay at an outdated hotel with creaking floors, there was additional resort fee charged when we arrived at the hotel. We will never be back to the Gravity Haus and will cancel our Expedia account over this.
