Disappointing

The price doubled on the second night to $400 a night. The towels were paper thin. Housekeeping left a dirty cleaning rag in the room after the first night and there was no hair dryer. There were no coffee filters for the coffee pot. In no way was it comparable to a $200 or $400 night hotel!

I stayed two nights here whilst in Jackson hole. The first room I was assigned, room 110, was not at all soundproofed. I could hear people walking around on the floor above and it sounded like a heard of elephants - my guess is the laminate floor was not fitted properly - even with ear plugs I could hear every word and every step. I complained and was told there were no more rooms. I wasn’t prepared to settle for room 110, and after waiting 15 minutes was assigned room 102. On entering, that room was already occupied! Someone’s belongings were in there. I went back to reception to complain and again was told they were out of rooms. I waited for 20 mins and was eventually given the key to room 103 - this was empty and much quieter! After the move, my stay was fine but I did really have to push for a change of room, even taking a recording/video of the noise in room 110. And clearly there were other rooms available but they were just trying not to give me a room with a kitchenette (I’d booked a studio without a kitchen). I’d recommend property send maintenance to room 110 as it’s not fit for purpose.

This was a very central location. You have everything you need literally at walking distance and the service was really nice. The room was well kept and clean.

The staff at the desk were all super nice and helpful. We were there 2 nights and our room wasn't made up. I feel the housekeeping staff wasn't properly trained. They opened our door without knocking, and then peeked in the window to see if we had checked out.

Nice place to stay for a night stop or a few days.

Front desk staff was super nice. The property is a bit older. But it is renovated to be modern. The bunk beds were convenient. They made the room feel bigger. Our room almost had a full-size fridge. Small kitchenette with silverware. Our room was clean, with no odd smells. Target is within walking distance. That was super nice. I would stay at this property again and plan to do so.

For a motel in the $100-$125 per night range, this place is a solid 4 stars! Room was clean, newly updated, and had a kitchenette area. I highly recommend this place!
