The Hideaway Hostel is a very good value with a location 20 minutes from the Grand Targhee Resort (my focus) and about 5 minutes from Driggs ID. I stayed in one of the private rooms (there are mult-person bunkrooms on the lower level) which was a large room with comfortable bed, DirecTV, a futon, and a very large en suite bathroom with shower and jetted tub. There is a pleasant sitting area on the main floor and an equipped kitchen so guests can fix their own meals (the grocery store in Driggs has lots of good ready-to-heat meals). A continental breakfast is provided.

Great location. Easy access to to Grand Targhee and the town of Driggs. The property is unique in that it is a house with common areas and then individual rooms. The only downside to the property is a lof of delapidated cars, RVs, misc junk laying around. We would stay here again.

Neighbors were loading hay with heavy equipment next door after dark and before first light. Notes all over for “Do’s and Don’ts”Ceiling fan didn’t work in the room. If you took more than one orange or a cup of coffee to go, you were expected to leave cash (corresponding price list on the counter). Couple of positives…. The view was great and the bathroom floors were heated.

It is a beautiful home and our room was clean, comfortable and well stocked. There are pages and pages of rules posted throughout- that you are expected to read and follow. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place. My husband was taken back by all of the old vehicles, etc. on the property.
