Staff was helpful, at check in girl spoke very quickly my husband couldn't keep up but I could. I arrived very tired, had a 15 hour drive to get there. My husband struggled with the stairs which I forgot about when booking the room so that was my fault. We had stayed here twice before and this time was so much cleaner than the last time. Housekeeping is doing a much better job has improved. Breakfast options weren't the best but were okay...waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, eggs, sausage patties, yogurt and oranges is what I remember.

The sheets were dirty, bed washard, we fond bed bugs on our stuff the next day, the pool was salty, the breakfast was ok expect the biscuit were so hard u couldnt do nothing with them

There were some discrepancies upon check-in regarding online preregistration, that was annoying, but the staff member was kind and diligently worked on it till it was right. The pool didn’t look badly from the window, but when we went to get in it, it was disgusting. Their filter wasn’t working or they haven’t treated the pool appropriately. Breakfast consisted of : toast, bagel, eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, yogurt, oranges, and two cereals. Dining area looked clean. Room was clean. Bed was ok. One of the lamps had an issue. Overall, it was fine. Would stay again if price was right.

The front desk clerks were friendly. We were accommodated with a room downstairs as needed. It's nice enough but an older hotel. Rooms are accessible on the inside. It's located right off the freeway of I 40. Plenty to do in the area. Indoor pool looked nice but they closed before we arrived. The beds are set very high.

To rent a jacuzzi room you have to put $100 cash and they have you sign a hand written note saying you paid it, that they also keep. Super sketchy.

Disappointed at this Baymont

We have stayed at other Baymonts before and had good experiences, not so at this one. Looks like they were trying to update but has a way to go. Breakfast was an issue, it said 6am to 9am but then it was they don't replenish after 8am which wS in very small print. We came at 8:30 and there was nothing, they had removed almost everything including the waffle batter and the rude man working there said there was a few little eggs, it was all done at 8am. If you have breakfast from 6 to 9 then that should happen, different from not replenishing then removing it all. We are done with Baymont. It was more of a contractor motel there.
