The young lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The entry light and bathroom shower light were both out but no maintenance there to replace. She offered to move me but I was already unpacked. Not a gamechanger, I will stay there again. Good variety for breakfast.

Safe for a night or two stay.

The toilet seat in my room, #208 was loose and needed tightening. Many guests had key card problems getting in their rooms even after changing cards multiple times.

Needs a good scrubbing

Not the cleanest for sure. Dirt in all corners including elevators. Kids that were wet were running everywhere from pool without supervision, floors in lobby and elevator were wet.Pot smell in halls. Staff did not seemed bothered. Breakfast was meh.

This place used to be nice

I reserved a room with double beds to only be notified only single rooms were available once I arrived onsite. Upgraded room to include jacuzzi and tub didnt work and room didnt have cable. Super Disappointed! Staff stated they were new so they didnt know how to resolve issues

Is was definitely our first time visiting… The beds were very clean and soft, though in the bathroom under the counter, was a ball of what looked to be blond hair which indicated to me, that the area wasn’t throughly cleaned properly… No I didn’t make an uproar about it but besides that, I was satisfied with the stay…
