Final Leg of our Trip

Headed home after taking our grandson to the beach. Just needed a good night's rest at the mid point. Comfort Inn in Clinton MS provided that in a wonderful well. We got the rest we needed in a comfortable manner. Beds were great. Upon check in the staff was AWESOME - so kind and helpful. This is a basic hotel with all the comforts which is just what we needed

Fine, but could be better.

The hotel was very nice. The staff not as helpful as they could have been. I decided to extend my stay and the female clerk made me check out then back in later. The clerk that checked me back in said all that was unnecessary. She had been too busy on her phone to care.

This was without any doubt the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in. Floating bandaids in the the pool, used bandaid in the pool area, broken hot tub, broken treadmill, broken stationary bike, the floor felt like it was falling out from under us, terrible smell in every room. Terrible, terrible hotel.

This hotel is so bad it should be torn down

Hotel was dirty and run down. Room snelled like animals We had 4 rooms for family , one smelled like animals. One other room the curtain blind had holes all over it as the plastic was so old it was falling apart. Room was dirty and in dire need of remodel. The third room was so humid and stinky , it had spiders in it and te ceiling fan blades were so warped it barely worked. They had to come and use a dehumidifier to try to take some smell out. The ac unit was so rusted it looked like it had mold on it. The 4th room the ceiling fan blades were actually missing from the fan , the floor in this unit had a spot where it felt like the floor was gonna cave in if you kept walking on it. This is a horrible hotel , I travel a lot for work and have stayed in some bad hotels but this is the worst I’ve ever seen.

At checkin we were given the wrong room, a room that had not been properly cleaned and shouldn’t have been assigned to us. I walked in and the smell was horrible, bed unkempt, drawer cabinets messy. We were moved to a few rooms over and while the bed was cleaner, our sofa bed did not have sheets/bedding so we had to wait a while for those to arrive and when they did there were pizza sauce stains on the sheet and were stained. Food all over room, by the trashcan, by sofa bed, Doritos under the sofa bed when we pulled it out. Hallways and rooms have a strong odor.

Super nice and accommodating!

Ladies at the front desk were super nice and super helpful, they made sure I had a connecting room like requested! Rooms were good, pretty clean for the most part. The pool was cold but kids had fun. The front desk even let us know what places delivered food and they made sure our delivery got to our room! Breakfast was decent and at least had hot waffles. Definitely a good priced room for the quality.

MR Lee ,The owner of this location is the problem.. Had to make our beds and clean my room. Cause Mr Lee continues to lie and does nothing. Houeskeepers are trash they smoke vapes and have no cleaning products on their carts to clean rooms with...ALL PICTURES ON WEBSITE ARE OLD FROM WHEN THEY REMODEL YRS AGO.. They wont give me my deposit back only reason we didn't leave

This hotel was old and in need of refurbish. Pictures falling off walls, handles on drawers missing and stains on comforters and carpet. It was also very loud as we were above the pool. Kids were screaming. Anyway, we were booked for two nights but left after one.

When employees tell you that they wouldn't stay at a property because of cleanliness, that should tell you something about how management and owners treat a property and their employees. We had four rooms, one of which had a dirty towel in the closet. I am not talking "used" -- I mean DIRTY. It looked like it had been used to clean diarrhea off a grown man then thrown in the corner of the closet. Not sure I can blame the guest, though, since there was no toilet paper in the room. As soon as you opened the closet, the smell was disgusting. The second biggest issue was the lack of a hot breakfast. We were staying with a school group and had counted on serving breakfast to the kids at the hotel; however, the lack of food at the advertised breakfast meant that we had to purchase an additional breakfast for all our students. This review does not take the time to go in-depth about the bugs, other debris, dangerously broken ceiling fans, or the multitude of questionable stains on every visible fabric surface. If I had had the option at 12:00 a.m. with two cars full of teenagers to go elsewhere, I would have.

My stay was good but the ceiling fan in my room had a lot of dust on it. The floor in the dining area in the lobby needed to be swept and moped. There was only one person working the front desk on a busy Saturday night. She was overwhelmed. She wasn't too experienced but she did take her time to meet everyone needs.

Nothing i liked. The sent me to a room that was dirty. The room was never clean. I went showed them pics then they put me in another room. That room tub was dirty sheets was stained carpet dusty fan was full of dust. No towels wifi didn’t work. Walls was dirty and black. Teen age kids dancing on top of cars outside hanging around the hotel. That place needed to be shut down or remodeled also new bedding and furniture
