HIDDEN FEES

When I checked in, I was told that there is a fee that is not included when you book online. I had no problem with that, but because it was a business trip, I asked for something in writing. I needed to show my job something and the receipt only had abbreviations but no detail. I paid it, but refused to sign it because it gave no details about the fee. I asked could something be printed or written fir ne, but was told thatbif I had a probkem, have my lawyers call their lawyers. What kind of answer is that fir a simple request??. I will not be staying there again. Also, there was a kitchenette, but no kitchware, dishes or utensils. What good is having a mini top stove, but nothing to cook with or in? AVOID staying here for more than a night if you want to cook and dontvwsntvto pay HIDDRN FEES
