Needed more pillows on the bed. But it was fine. Could not get any tissue or towels cause the office closes at 9. Which I really don't get cause it is a hotel but other than that it was ok

They refuse me a room and couldn't tell me a reason why after i paid online i stayed the night before didnt smoke in the room didnt even pull the bed spread back by time i got off work at 9pm and had to get back up at 430am i barely enjoyed the room

I didn't have towels in the room, I went to ask 3 times and the person on the counter told me to come back at 8:15 PM to get the towels and when i went to get the towels he just told me that he gave it to me already so he no have anymore towels.
