I stayed here on Tuesday morning and Saturday morning. My first stay my microwave did not work and the second stay my blankets smelled like cigarets. The rooms were overall cleaned but I had put that I am staying with 3 people and one child under 5. I wished the amount of toilettes and towels reflected the number of people staying in the room. Check in was also very quick and in a kiosk style. The 20 security deposit caught me off guard because that was never advertised during the booking.

Floor incredibly dirty. It’s a new kiosk sign in so unable to tell anyone that the smoke detector in hall needed battery replaced. Beeped all night. Walls had something dirty Orange slimy on them. Smoke detector in room pulled down. Hair all over shower.

Beautiful experience! The staff were all super sweet and professional. So the check in was very different and interesting; There is a kind person on a video Kiosk screen that will assist you with check-in, but thankfully there are also sweet and kind people that are in physically in the building to help you, and the room was fine.
