I arrived at the hotel at 11.30 pm with 2 young and very sleepy children in tow. The desk clerk said that we couldn’t check in because thier computer system was updating. He was very flippant about it, saying that it might be 10 minutes, it might be another hour. He didn’t invited me to sit in the lobby, and I said I was fine where I was…”so you’re just going to stand there and stare at us,” was his redponse. The reservation is non refundable, so we are stuck waiting in the lobby at the mercy of their “update” with no offer of any kind of service.

Upon walking into the facility I was impressed until I reached the room. We were greeted by a "crawling guest." The occupants in the room above us kept running throughout the room all night! I called the front desk AND walked down to the front desk to complain.....still the noise continued. I also had to change the sheets on the bed because my daughter and I kept itching. After changing the sheets and spraying my pillow with sleep spray I was able to fall asleep.

We stayed there for one day, service is very bad. They did not keep hand soap , body wash when I ask in the reception, they said they are running out. I have go out and buy it from outside. Hotel is very old and not maintained properly! Bad experience.

Property is getting run down. Room was clean and comfortable. WiFi did not work, went to front desk for help, they had misspelled our name in spite of prior check in on our part. Front desk got WiFi to work for device we took to them. Tried WiFi on second device, did not work, another trip to front desk got it to work. Once we shut off computer, could not get it to reacquire WiFi...way too much trouble to use "free" WiFi.
