It was dirty. The lobby stunk so bad. We didn’t feel comfortable eating the breakfast. Kids were running up and down the hallways screaming and laughing at 1am. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and bouncy!

We experienced cockroaches in our room and when we brought this to the front staffs attention, they laughed about it. Absolutely terrible experience, do NOT go here.

Disappointed – Not Up to Standard for the Price As someone who spends over 120 nights a year in hotels, I try to be fair and realistic with expectations. Unfortunately, my recent stay at this property fell well short of what I would consider acceptable—especially for the price point. Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by an overwhelming odor, likely from an attempt to cover up smoke or some other persistent smell with heavy air freshener. It was unpleasant enough that I brought it to the attention of the front desk both upon check-in and again at check-out. Disappointingly, there was no meaningful solution or follow-up either time. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property also left a lot to be desired. Public areas felt worn and neglected, and basic upkeep seemed to be an afterthought. While I understand no hotel is perfect, this location simply didn’t meet even average standards in terms of comfort or hospitality. To be fair, I’ve stayed in worse—but for this rate, you expect more. This felt like a budget experience at a mid-tier price. Unless improvements are made, this is a property I would actively avoid in the future.

Although this property is clean and has some decent amenities, there are some maintenance issues. For instance, more than one washer or dryer in the laundry room was out of order at all times, and water from leaky washers crept under the wall into the fitness room. The pool was closed during our entire two week stay. The door to our bathroom dragged on the floor, and the tp holder hung down at an angle. In addition, the front desk and housekeeping staff didn't seem to have good communication. We changed rooms immediately upon arriving, and it took four days and repeated inquiries from us to get things sorted so that the housekeeping staff included our room in their rounds. The location is convenient, the beds are comfortable, and the afternoon meal three days a week is a nice perk. The desk is generous, which made it much easier for my husband to work during our stay.
