Rooms were clean,nice and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast had decent options. Would be nice if it started a little earlier as we had to be out befoe it started Saturday morning. My only complaint is while overall the hotel is quiet, we could hear our neighbors conversations both nights. Not sure if it was because there was a door between the rooms or not but it was distracting once we went to bed.

Stay here- if you love the smell of weed!

The stay was uneventful as I checked in late. service was good, but the hallway and elevator smelled of WEED very bad!!!!!!!!!!!! The room was good. the bed frame was falling apart. the room was clean-ish. They need to scrub the bathroom wall down! Next to the toilet, you could see some either had a bad dinner or tooooo much o drink. Mentioned it check out, she didnt seem to car, Question with TRU hotels... What is up with housekeeping always walking in the room before we check out? This is the third time staying at a different hotel. and it happening. Again front desk didnt car.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, and comfortable. Room was next to the pool, and the outer exit door, so having a constant fan option on the thermostat was helpful for white noise.

We had booked the hotel because of the pool, but then the pool was down all weekend. I was cold in the night and could not get the heat to come on. The desk clerk said they would have maintenance to check it, which never came. After a text to Expedia the desk clerk came up to get it adjusted. The room was very basic. No carpet. The shower was nice and inviting.

Booked for the ease of breakfast and found out Sundays don’t start till 7 and we needed to leave by 6:30. Outside door to pool was propped open with a sign do not close…it was soooooo cold outside, in the pool area and the water was freezing. The pool was reason 2 we booked. Disappointed.
