I was in my room and the dresser drawer in front of the TV kept on opening by it self and when I told the front counter working he give me a piece of tape that wouldn’t hold it and it was dead roaches and roaches on the wall I was very disappointed with this

I normally don't have any complaints, but the only one I have is about the bed in the room. It was clean, pillows were comfortable, but the bed itself needs to be replaced!! It was very uncomfortable! The top of the bed had a big dip in it when lying down. Other than that, everything else was fine. We will be back.

Piss smelling room

My room smelled like stagnant piss. When I walked in the carpet to a certain corner it smelled like piss. The whole room did but when I walked over to the corner the smell was overwhelming.. only time I'd ever stay here again is last resort.

Barely a 3 Star

This hotel is fine for a quick, one night stay somewhere just to sleep and shower, but other than that it wouldn’t be my first choice. The door to the room was hard to open, there were cracks in the ceiling and walls, the carpet was damaged and so was one the chairs. The bathroom was nice and so was the TV and bed. There was also an overpowering smell that was annoying. It didn’t smell “bad” per se but it wasn’t appealing to me and it permeated throughout the entire hotel. There’s a complimentary breakfast included between 6am and 9am. Overall it wasn’t my favorite hotel but I’ve definitely stayed at worse places.

Bed bugs

I got bitten by bedbugs. I’m very distraught about this. Having to make serious contingency plans to try and rid myself and my belongings of these bugs. The hotel management denied my complaint saying they charge a high enough rate to mitigate a clientele that would bring bedbugs to their establishment. Absolutely appalling. Please advise recourse and steps toward a formal complaint!
