102 Fernandina Cay - Salt Life

This is the perfect Condo for your perfect vacation!! Fernandina Cay is in the perfect location – steps to the Ocean and a short walk to Putt Putt or Fort Clinch. Don't feel like driving to dinner walk a few feet to the new Salt Life Restaurant. Historic downtown is a short drive down the road. This condo is so conveniently located.

Modern tile located throughout all living areas of the condo and new carpet in the bedrooms! This condo has just been decorated and all furnishings are brand new and full of comfort. There is a lovely ocean front balcony and the views carry through to inside the unit.

There are comfy sofas ( one is a queen sleeper sofa) in the living room and a large smart TV.

The dining area has a large table perfect for family gatherings and there are bar stools for extra seating. If you prefer feel free to enjoy the outdoor balcony for dining outdoors or for your morning coffee.

The master suite has king size bed, TV, walk-in closets, and the bathroom has double sinks, walk-in shower, and a garden tub and is set apart from the other 2 bedrooms for added privacy.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a queen murphy bed and both bedrooms have TV's and each have their own bathroom.

All rooms have ceiling fans and the high ceilings make them very light and airy.

This condo comes with 1 designated space inside the gated and secure garage. Inside the garage is a locked storage for beach chairs that are available for your use. The elevator from the garage opens up directly to the entryway of this unit. Very private.

For those who prefer to relax by the pool (unheated), we have that too! Behind the condo there is a small, private pool area with gated access. After a day at the ocean come and stretch out by the pool and enjoy a cool swim.

There is plenty for the entire family. The lovely beaches, multiple golf courses, tennis, petanque, sailing, surfing and paddle boarding etc. Please come and see all that Amelia has to offer. You won't want to leave!!
