It was clean, check in was easy. There is a 100 dollar deposit as an addition to your stay cost. The microwave kept flipping the switch in the room. I also was shocked when I tried to plug in my computer into the wall. My charger didn’t work after that. I was on the side close to the highway so it was very loud if my ac wasn’t running.

we got to our reserved room and the bathroom was disgusted and it was late so we went to put our kids down to sleep and we start seeing roaches so i immediately called the front desk and i told them i either need a refund or a different room and he let us see another room and that room ALSO had roaches and i was like i have kids and i will not subject my family to this place and i demanded a refund.

If your room is by the freeway expect to be woke up every morning by motorcycles gunning it to get on the freeway. The room was ok I bought an air spray to get the old smoke/mildew smell out of the room. My room was non smoking but the carpet is very old so if that was replaced I'm sure that would help. The front staff was very kind and let me check in 30 mins early.

The rug was very dirty, and had to fight roaches more than once. Excellent location with shopping and food very nearby, seems ok during the day but night hits and there's no lighting and lots of sketchy looking people hanging around near the entrance and around the hotel area. Didn't feel safe being out past a certain time.

Only redeeming quality was it was a place to rest. What we didn't like, we reserved online and also had to put down a $100 deposit upon arrival. Nowhere on expedia or n thw hotels website did it mention anything about a deposit. Beds were clean but extremely lumpy. Had 2 remotes to operate the tv, no phone in the room. Coffee pot and items were so dusty. Products to use were not Dove, like advertised on the bottles. The tubs drain stop was broken. My 2 yr old did not want to bathe because she was scared of the hole. The handle for them water temp was opposite. Thank goodness, I tried it before my kids, otherwise they would have been burnt. The biggest point, the ac barely blew cold air. All of us sweated at night. This is with everything off and the ac on. In the state of FL, ac is NEEDED! Also, my husband was offered drugs, literally right outside of the hotel. Do not go for the breakfast. Not anything continental about it. Options very limited. I have stayed at cheaper hotels and have had a better all around experience. Will not be staying here again. I HIGHLY do NOT recommend!!

Carpet old and dirt. My feet were black from walking on it barefoot. The bathroom floor was constantly damp even though no water was spilt on it. The hot water was barely available and took a long time to get warm... Not hot. :(

The room that I booked was non-smoking as indicated in the app. But when I get into the room it smells so bad with cigarettes, I believe they shouldn’t mislead the client that is going to book. It causes me headache and rhinitis attack esp at night. I approach the front desk staff which he is so nice and sprayed the room as I request but at night still smells so strong. I have no choice as it’s indicated when I booked it’s non-refundable so I just have to endure the headache.

NOTHING! I REFUSED TO GET OUT OF MY CAR! The people hanging around looked like dope dealers and users who was smoking and drinking. I did not take any pictures I just wanted to leave; I called to let them know I was not coming in but no one answered and it went into the busy sound.
