The front desk clerk was abominable. She gave me a hard time because I had a small cargo trailer attached to my car. She made me park in a tow away zone instead of a regular space. An hour later she parked a 30' truck there which took 4 spaces and then another 30' truck. She went as far as to harrass us in the parking lot after check in.

We pulled back the sheet and a roach ran from the direction of the headboard. The refrigerator made a clanging sound a few times an hour so it woke you up all night. The next day we asked if we could change rooms but was told we could not as they we booked up. I don't know how true that was, It had 3 floors of rooms and the parking lot was not full. The Georgia vs Florida game in Jacksonville was going on that weekend. She told us to unplug the fridge, but you can't get to the plug in the back. We turned it off but in the middle of the night it defrosted the freezer and water dripped on the food we had in there. So yeah, not a fun time.
