The bed wasn’t clean so we wanted to cancel the reservation. The manager said he is ok with canceling and refunding but Expedia said that he didn’t agree. Not sure who is honest and who is lying

I liked the convenience to dining options. I didn't like the unclean pool and no TV service for our entire stay. When i asked about the tv service, staff kept telling me the cable guy was coming to fix. It never happened. When i asked about a partial refund for no tv service, the response was to 'contact Expedia' for any possible refund (for their failed TV service).

I had a good day. The staff was really friendly and everything was smooth. I did think that the parking lot was a little bit dark, but that was it. It was pretty quiet and I had no issues.

The room smelled of mold/mildew when we walked in. The carpet was not clean and our socks were dirty after walking in it. There were long hairs in the bathroom floors that were not ours.
