Charged me $500 for smoking when I don't smoke. Had a pot of tea on to boil and while waiting for it I fell asleep and the burning smell woke me up. When I got up realized automatically what happened the water evaporated and burnt the tea bags I called and they sent maintenance down to assist me in cleaning the smoke out of the room but to charge me $500 and to tell me smell like cigarettes in the room when they knew what it was is ridu

My family and I stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott and the location was great. The staff was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived and throughout our stay. My kids enjoyed the pool and the continental breakfast was good as well.

Decent location, clean but a few annoyances

Pros: Good location, really close to a big shopping center with lots of dining and shopping Only 10 min from Mayo Clinic Good price for the rooms Clean and nice that that the rooms have small kitchenettes Cons: $5 a day for parking, give me a break, it’s not like this place is in such a premium location that it warrants charging for parking Also the ice machine was broken the entire week we were here and I was told to just go buy my own ice, not a huge deal but kind of annoying, breakfast was subpar

An alright stay, Nothing to Praise

The stay was good. Staff nice. As much as I paid for 2 nights and 3 days, I got the room they had left that was the size I requested, although I had booked way ahead of time. I don’t like accessible rooms, I didn’t pay for an accessible room but that’s all they so called had left. And I paid for my room. They hold $50 per night in incidental fees. You pay $5 a night for parking. Comfy and but I won’t book here again in fear I’ll get a room I don’t want. The only part of breakfast that was good was the eggs and bacon and coffee. I didn’t see any toast options the 3 days there.
