The hotel itself was very clean, we were very disappointed because I booked this hotel way in advance for me and my family to accommodate us, and when we got there the front desk clerk tells us that they did not have the room that I chose which was the two queen beds I also called the day before to verify and to go ahead and ask them to take my payment because I chose the option to pay at the property I booked through hotel.com so they blame the issue on me booking through a third party, and which I do not believe I have used hotel.com for years and has always gotten what I booked now in the defense of when you're booking online it may not look exactly like what you chose when you get there but I always got whatever type of room I've asked for I feel like they didn't want to take accountability and then when I demanded that I needed at least the two beds because it was three of us and we do not sleep together one woman and two boys we want what we paid for and booked ,they told us that they could not accommodate that and either I took what you guys had or if I wanted a refund of course it was going to take 7 to 10 days for money to hit back on my card and I was very very disappointed because I saved the money for this trip and if I did not take the room that they had offered we would have had nowhere to stay and we drove 6 Plus hours to get there I feel like they should have at least offered us two rooms to accommodate because again it was not my fault .
