We had the most amazing ocean view! Nice staff. Convenient set up for travelers. Room could have been a little cleaner, some wear and tear, but that view was priceless.

The room looked dingy. No soaps in the bathrooms the toilet had rust stains. The shower head barely had any water pressure coming out of it. The hairdryer was broken really nothing special was done to these rooms to make it feel warm and comfortable. Breakfast was OK nothing special

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff was great, however I took a shower and when I got out and started drying my face off, there was a sand spur stuck in the towel and it ripped my nose open. My husband and I went down to the front desk to tell them what happened and to and for some antibacterial medication as we didn’t have any. They provided the medicine took pictures of the towel with the sand spur buried in it surrounded by my blood. Long story short no one called for the rest of our stay to ask “ hey did your face fall off” nothing at all was ever mentioned and I just thought it was bad form. The hotel is beautiful don’t get me wrong, stay here just check all of your towels. J.Duran

Pros: Location! Easy walk to the beach with young kids and all the beach stuff Pool — heated and large. It was a little chilly on a 60 degree day but kids still had fun Parking was extra but convenient Cons: Breakfast was so awful - I was surprised after reading other reviews but the eggs were cold and worse than tasteless - truly the worst I’ve ever had - no meats on some days, overcrowded, they were constantly running out of things (coffee, yogurt, cereal, plates) that took forever or did not get refilled and there were always lines and it was a pretty small area. Next time we’ll look at booking the adjoining hotel (a Courtyard property, same pool) without the included breakfast. It has a restaurant and a Starbucks on site. Housekeeping was scheduled for our second day only and much needed after multiple days at the beach but they didn’t show until 4 PM when we were in the room with nowhere to go with tired kids (rain).

This was a great location. The issues were service, cleanliness and comfort related. The room was dirty . Carpet and couch were visibly unclean. Requested a later check out, which was granted, but cleaning staff entered our room while we slept and this was 15 minutes before standard checkout time with our door tag present. No one seemed concerned. Bar and grill staff were disinterested in helping patrons and seemed annoyed to be asked for help. This will likely never be a place we will stay in the future.

The hotel needs to enforce its dog/pet policies. I encountered dogs peeing inside hotel on walls and doors, dogs weighing well above the 50 pound limit staying in hotel, 2 dog limit being violated, and dogs in eating areas sitting on furniture and eating off of tables. The hotel needs to change its coffe purculators and dispensing warmers as the coffee was never above a warm temperature even when brought out freshly brewed.

I really didn’t like the stay we had here. I opened the comforter at night and there were blood spots on it. I called the front desk and they never came to change it out. I would never stay here again as there’s a bio hazard in the rooms. The whole time we were sleeping without comforter. It was a very bad situation. I had my kids with me and I had to have them sleep without comforter as well.
