This was our first time to Amelia Island/ Fernandina Beach & absolutely loved our stay! We had a corner balcony suite that was very spacious, clean and comfortable. And be sure to stop by Salty Pelican - spectacular water view, food was fantastic and the Best Part Servers with the southern hospitality!! Not to mention Beach Diner’s for breakfast! Highly recommend this quaint friendly coastal town - can’t wait to go back!

The room was covered in sand, never upkept, and hardly anyone was working when needed.

Cassie at the front desk was professional, personable, and very helpful. The hotel itself was clean, safe, and in walking distance of the beach. The room was well appointed and spacious. If I had one concern, it would be the included breakfast. When a food item ran out and guests ask if there was more, they were told yes, but the staff couldn’t put it out until the next day.

Carpet smelled of mildew, and bathroom had human waste in toilet that would not flush from previous occupants. -as a result it smelled. Hallways were also filthy and unvacuumed. breakfast area floors were sticky and coffee ran out. Paid for parking with cash for 2nights as we checked out a day early and was charged again for the unused day of parking. many charges on room that were finally removed. will never stay here again.
