I lived in Jacksonville for 21/2 years so I stayed around that area. The hotel was nice and it slept comfortably. I would definitely go back and stay again.

The room had bugs and the pool didn’t work. The lady offered another room but that room was not poolside and the view was not pleasant at all. We stayed in the room we had by the pool which we never got to use after being told the pool was going to be fixed after we leave kinda felt cheated

Half of the elevators were out of order, The restaurant was not open, it was noisy, the ice machine was missing, the bathroom was barely big enough to turn around in and there were only 3 luggage carts to service the guest needs. My wife and I agree that will be our last visit to Wyndham Garden Jacksonville. The only saving grace is it was only a one night stay.

Satisfied for the price. Bed was very comfortable. Location is quiet. Bathroom was tiny and water was not very hot. However, the room was big, had a comfy chair to sit in and a desk with an office chair. I'd stay here again.

The location was convenient. The service is the worst I have experienced. The room was left without cleaning, towels unchanged, and the trash can unemptied. Staff attitude is terrible. She was either unwilling or unable to assist. This location has won the top prize for the worst hotel service. Future guests, you will be staying at your peril.

Roaches were in the bathroom.the deposit is unnecessarily a bit much when there are 3 other hotels nearby that doesn't require deposit at the same rate Wyndham offers.the night staff is always unpleasant.the back sliding door locks at a certain time and the key slot doesn't work for you to access the building and the staff will sit right at the desk along with security and won't open the door.it will take for another guest getting off the elevator to come open the door for you.but if there's not guest coming out and the staff won't open door you have to walk all the way around the building to access building.the cleaning staff is banning on the door an hr and a half before check out.and you guys are charging now for late check even if my flight comes in after midnight.just awefull

The worst service. The room was not cleaned, the towels were not changed, the trash unemptied the front desk staff was either unable or unwilling to assist. This hotel would had won the top prize for the worst service.
