We showed up right at check-in time at 3pm for a reservation for 2 rooms. We were told only one room was ready then asked to come back at 4:30 to get the 2nd room. We returned at 4:30 to be told we should go to dinner to allow for the 2nd room to be ready. We came back at 7pm to find the manager cooking in the lobby, a dog behind the front desk and FINALLY was given our second room with no explanation, no offer to make it right so best believe this was the WORST experience I have had in getting checked in or even service overall for the inconvenience of not having a room ready not only right at check in time but even at 4:30... when they asked us to return. Very disappointing!!
My room door lock did not lock. Doesn’t fit into the slot. All i had was the one the is from the wall that goes over the door. Being by myself i like the extra security of it be double locked.
Property needs updating! Heat source was very noisy went on and off every few minutes. Toilet ran continuously, bathroom fan squealed (we let the front desk know this). Breakfast was poor compared to other hotels, boiled eggs still had pieces of shell on them.

Quick and easy check in and the breakfast was good
Upon arrival the staff was pleasant but talked amongst themselves for several minutes about personal stuff before checking in. The lobby was dated, run down and over all not welcoming. The entire hotel had a basement like smell and smelled like weed everywhere. The room was clean. The beds had 3 pillows on each and the pillows were really small. The bath tub had several cracks inside the tub in the corners and floor. The mirror was nice and had a decoy button that was pretty nice to use. The room only had a shampoo conditioner combo in one tiny bottle and 2 bar soaps, no lotion or other amenities were provided.
