The pictures are deceptive. The rooms are tiny and stuffy. When you turn the ac on it rattles like it’s dying of its last breath. And the BIGGEST issue was housekeeping. I asked for a late check out of 12pm which was noted on my reservation. By 10 am they were knocking on my door to get in. I told them no and to go away, put up a do not disturb sign, and by 10:30 they knocked AGAIN. Then at 11 they came and knocked AGAIN waking my child up each time. When I went to the front desk they tried to say I didn’t have a late checkout despite it being clearly noted in their computer where I could see. So I called them on their lies and told them not to come to my room til 12:01pm. They barely apologized and seemed like I was inconveniencing THEM. Truly terrible customer service. Don’t offer late check outs if you’re not going to honor them.

Stayed 1 night with family passing through to South Dakota. Right off highway and plenty of conveniences nearby. Quiet, decent place to stay for a night or two. Breakfast was rather lacking. Only decent options were waffles and yogurt. Baked good items were incredibly dry and stale.

The hotel was clean and the service was very good. I looked like it has been remodeled recently but still could use some upgrades. Needs to take down the Super 8 Sign and get all Americinn signage outside.

Great room but wifi needs some work

Since taking over the property from Super 8, they have done a great job upgrading the rooms with new beds and furniture. The beds are great. My only complaint is the wifi signal in my room was very weak. (I was in room 115.) I ended up going to the lobby and using my computer there to get a stronger signal. They need to add signal repeaters down the hallway.

No attendant at the service desk ever they’re back hiding in a room or something. Breakfast service was not good. The breakfast items were sparse trays never refilled no attendant in the breakfast area at all to ask questions too. It’s just not a good experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great value for the price! Clean room, no odors, plenty of hot water in the shower with excellent drainage, nicely updated lobby, helpful & courteous staff. Under the Wyndham banner, the new management has done a good job of face lifting this previously neglected Super 8.

False advertisement

The hotel shown in pictures on Hotels.com app is not the same as the one we stayed at. It was false advertising. What we stayed at was an old Super8, that they put a AmericInn sign on it. Our bathroom door did not close, the sink dripped all night, no chair in the room, just a bed and dresser.

Room was remodeled since last year. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Looked like a new AC/heating unit. Windows had a sheer shade and a room darking shade and both were electronicly operated.
