Our stay was great. Breakfast was awesome. Facility was well-kept and clean. The only issue was that the hotel overbooked our room type (the employee blamed Expedia for this), so we were given a king room with a pull-out sofa instead of two beds like we’d booked. This certainly wasn’t ideal for us, but we dealt with it vs. trying to find another hotel.

The room, hotel and staff were great. The only negative, and it was really negative, was the complimentary breakfast. The food was not good, not hot and the coffee was lighter than tea. In fact, it was so bad that we didn't even give it a second chance on day 2.

We had a great stay for the most part. The only we really had was the second day we were there we had someone above us that must have had kids because they were running around constantly even in the middle of the night..

Great Hotel for Holiday World Trips

Stayed here for one night before a trip to Holiday World. It is a very clean property and convenient to the park (about a 20 minute drive). My niece really enjoyed the pool and the hot chocolate, and the breakfast was great, especially if you are a waffle lover. It's in a quiet, low traffic area and there was plenty of parking. The front desk staff was great. Would be happy to stay here again.

The stay was nice and the room was clean beds were comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t the best need more variety for hot food. The elevator was very noisy and jerked a lot when coming to a stop remind me of a old Maytag washer.

Unpleasant stay from start to finish. Breakfast hours were incorrectly listed, someone was running a vacuum at 11:00PM in the room next to us, the room above us was having a party, the pool was roughly 10' x 10', the "arcade" has 3 claw machines and air hockey - that's it. I will not be staying here on my next trip to Holiday World.
