When someone was at the desk, they were friendly and helpful. Sometimes you could not find anyone. Some pieces of tile in the bathroom fell off just from touching them, and the toilet was not sealed well. When you sat and got up, it shifted and made a loud noise. To say they had any type of breakfast was a big stretch. It luckily there were places close by. I would not stay there again.
Very comfortable only draw back was the breakfast. I understand that breakfast is tough but biscuits with a sausage in a plastic pack just didn’t cut it. Between the sausage biscuit and packed hard boiled eggs I was nauseous for a couple hours.
Roaches, double charged for the room, random 6.00 charges on the card. No window glass in the lobby just a board the cover and literally boogers on the wall.
The lobby area wasn't maintained, the furniture had been shoved haphazardly around. The carpet was ripped and the hallway smelled stale. Once in our room, the overhead light was blinking, the drapes were halfway hanging off the rod, and the room had a very unpleasant smell, it felt like the Bates Motel. The bathroom had hair on the floor, stains all over the walls and there was black mold around the bathtub. We couldn't leave fast enough the next morning. Probably the worst place I've ever stayed.
